Fulfillment Policy

Once registration is complete, we will contact you by email within 2 business days with next steps. If you have not heard from us within 3 business days, please reach out, as there may be an error in your contact information or some technical difficulty with receiving your order.

Test Prep: If you have purchased a test prep package that requires a diagnostic and consultation, you will receive instructions on how to complete the diagnostic and schedule your consultation. After the consultation is complete, you will be matched with a specialist with whom you will schedule directly. If you are a past client and have purchased additional hours, your specialist will be notified of your hours and be available to schedule directly.

Academic: If you have not yet had a consultation, we will be in contact within 2 business days to schedule your consultation. If you have already had a consultation, you will be put in contact with your specialist directly to schedule sessions.
